Strict Implementation Standards and 100% Quality Control
Inspection Standards for Minor Glaze Defects
- Surface A/B: Allow ≤ 3 dots within 0–5 mm distance.
- Surface B: Allow ≤ 4 dots within 5–50 mm distance.
- Distance between dots must be ≥ 200 mm.
- No visible defects from a normal viewing distance.

Thin glaze black edges are NOT allowed on ceramic edges.

- The glaze inside the water channel must be uniform and smooth.
- No glaze missing, peeling, or rough surface allowed.
Outlet Glaze Requirements and Inspections
- The unglazed part of the outlet outer edge should be less than 8cm, andthe cross-section cannot have glaze.
- The inside should be glazed completely as even as possible. lt’s unallowedto miss glaze or repair glue.

The glaze on the water lock bottom should be applied as possible.
Accumulated Glaze and Wave Are Not Allowed
The installation hole of the seat coverdoes not allow glaze accumulation.
Flatness and Deformation
- The upper surface, installation surface, and wall side should be flat, without obvious protrusions, depressions, or other deformation defects.
- Checked the flatness with a level ruler, measured the gap with a gauge. The middle gap between both installation holes should be <2mm, other gaps< 4mm, but the factory should try to control most gaps ≤3mm

Yes, we strongly recommend validating product quality through samples before bulk ordering.
Sample Availability: We provide production-grade samples of our standard items or customized prototypes based on your specifications.
Cost & Logistics: Sample fees are typically charged at a nominal cost, which is often credited back against your subsequent bulk order. Shipping costs are borne by the client. We will assist with all export documentation.
