• Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Can we visit the factory?

  We are a professional manufacturer of ceramic sanitary ware with our own factory in Chaozhou city, Guangdong province, China. We specialize in OEM/ODM services. Factory visits are warmly welcomed.

• What certifications do your products hold?

  Our products are certified to meet the standards of major global markets. Key certifications include CE (Europe), PSB (Singapore), WaterMark (Australia), and we adhere to ISO 9001 quality management systems. Certificates are available upon request to ensure smooth customs clearance for your market.

• What are your customization options (OEM/ODM)?

  We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services.

  Design & Branding Customization: Customize product dimensions, design details, glaze colors, logo placement (via laser engraving), and private label packaging.

  Technical & Compliance Customization: We specialize in engineering water-saving toilets that meet specific water efficiency standards and regulations of your target market, such as:

  EU/UK: ERP Label requirements (e.g., dual-flush with ≤6/3 liters or lower).

  Singapore: PSB Water Efficiency Label compliance.

  Australia/New Zealand: WaterMark and WELS certification.

  North America: UPC/CUPC standards.

• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  To balance efficiency and flexibility, our standard MOQ for ceramic toilets and washbasins is 50 pieces per model. For mixed container loads or new partnership trials, we can discuss more flexible terms.

• Do you provide samples? What is your sample policy?

  Yes, we strongly recommend validating product quality through samples before bulk ordering.

  Sample Availability: We provide production-grade samples of our standard items or customized prototypes based on your specifications.

  Cost & Logistics: Sample fees are typically charged at a nominal cost, which is often credited back against your subsequent bulk order. Shipping costs are borne by the client. We will assist with all export documentation.

• What is your warranty and after-sales policy?

  We stand behind our products with a clear and responsive policy:

  Comprehensive Warranty: We offer a 5-year warranty on ceramic main bodies and a 2-year warranty on accessories (e.g., toilet flush mechanisms, seat covers).

  Dedicated & Timely Support: Our professional after-sales team is committed to providing initial response and a proposed solution within 48 hours for any inquiry or issue reported.

  Full Support System: We provide continued assistance through the supply of spare parts and direct technical support to help you or your end-customers resolve any problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.
