  A4: We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services.

  • Design & Branding Customization:Customize product dimensions, design details, glaze colors, logo placement (via laser engraving), and private label packaging.
  • Technical & Compliance Customization: We specialize in engineering water-saving toilets that meet specific water efficiency standards and regulations of your target market, such as: EU/UK: ERP Label requirements (e.g., dual-flush with ≤6/3 liters or lower).

• Q5: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  A5: To balance efficiency and flexibility, our standard MOQ for ceramic toilets and washbasins is 50 pieces per model. For mixed container loads or new partnership trials, we can discuss more flexible terms.

• Q6:Do you provide samples? What is your sample policy?

  A6:Yes, we strongly recommend validating product quality through samples before bulk ordering.

  • Sample Availability: We provide production-grade samples of our standard items or customized prototypes based on your specifications.
  • Cost & Logistics:Sample fees are typically charged at a nominal cost, which is often credited back against your subsequent bulk order. Shipping costs are borne by the client. We will assist with all export documentation.
  • Process:Please contact our sales team with the product model or customization details. We will promptly provide a sample quotation and estimated lead time for your approval.

• Q7: What are your payment terms and production lead time?

  A7: Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For repeat orders, we can discuss flexible arrangements. Standard production lead time is 25-35 days after order confirmation and deposit, which typically allows us to produce and prepare for shipment the quantity equivalent to a 40HQ container. Custom designs may require slightly longer, which we will confirm upfront.

• Q8: How do you ensure product quality and handle inspections?

  A8: Quality is assured through a rigorous three-stage inspection process:

  For semi-finished products:

  QC1: Ceramic surface and structural inspection

  QC2: Functional tests, including airtightness and leakage checks

  For finished products:

  QC3: Final quality review prior to packaging

  We welcome pre-production verification and third-party pre-shipment inspections conducted in accordance with AQL standards.

  A9: Each product is securely packed with standard export full container loading packaging. We handle all shipping arrangements (FOB, CIF, etc.) with reliable partners.
